These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services provided by OneLifetime Relationship Coaching.
By booking or purchasing a coaching service, you agree to these terms.

Relationship Coaching

Relationship coaching provides a supportive and non-judgemental environment in which you can explore your relationship, circumstances, goals and possible ways forward.

Coaching is a collaborative process. I may listen, ask questions, encourage reflection and help you explore different perspectives and possibilities.

However, decisions and actions arising from coaching remain your responsibility.

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Relationship coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or mental health treatment and should not be regarded as a substitute for these professional services.

If your circumstances indicate that another form of professional support may be more appropriate, I may encourage you to seek suitable specialist assistance.

Free 20-Minute Consultation

The initial 20-minute consultation is provided free of charge and without obligation.

Its purpose is to briefly discuss what is happening, answer questions about relationship coaching and allow both of us to consider whether coaching may be appropriate for you.

There is no requirement to purchase coaching following the consultation.

Relationship Clarity Programme

If you decide to continue after your free consultation, the current introductory option is:
Relationship Clarity Programme — 2x 30-minute coaching sessions for £70

Any further coaching options and their prices will be discussed separately before you make a commitment.

Appointments

Coaching sessions are provided online unless otherwise agreed.

Please attend appointments at the agreed time.

If you cannot attend, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible and use the cancellation or rescheduling facility provided where available.

Repeated missed appointments may result in OneLifetime declining to accept further bookings.

Paid Services, Cancellation and Refunds

Where you purchase coaching services online, any cancellation rights available to you under UK consumer law will apply.

If you request that paid coaching begins during any applicable statutory cancellation period, additional provisions may apply and these will be explained when appropriate.

Any additional cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions applicable to a particular coaching programme will be made clear before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there are serious concerns relating to someone's safety or risk of significant harm.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when booking
  • Attending scheduled sessions
  • Participating in coaching to the extent you feel comfortable
  • Making your own decisions about your relationship and circumstances
  • Seeking appropriate medical, psychological, legal or other specialist advice when necessary.

Results

Coaching experiences and outcomes differ between individuals.

OneLifetime cannot guarantee a particular relationship outcome or result from coaching.

Technology

Online coaching depends on internet and communication technology.

Although reasonable steps will be taken to provide sessions as scheduled, OneLifetime cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party internet, video-conferencing or booking services.

If a significant technical problem prevents a session from taking place, reasonable arrangements will be made to reschedule where appropriate.

Changes to Services or Terms

OneLifetime may update its services, prices or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will not retrospectively alter services already purchased unless required by law or agreed with you.
