As your coach, I provide a blended use of talking therapies and with coaching to enable you to work through issues that are effecting your relationship.
This is could on the basis of finding that right relationship for you or working through difficult times within your relationship.
I have been using a blended therapy approach for over 7 years and helped my clients to identify and clarify the ways in which to move forward.
The process focuses more on the present as to where you are now and what do you wish to attain/do and helping you achieve those outcomes.
I help my clients achieve this is through a stepped approach that enables them firstly to verbalize where they feel they are currently in their life/situation.
