This agreement is between three parties:

the website and associated services owner and provider, Onelifetime (“Onelifetime”);

the unregistered customer, or registered customer of this website and associated services (“Customer”);

the unregistered therapist, or registered therapist of this website, meaning life coach and/or counsellor and/or psychotherapist and/ or psychoanalyst and/or psychologist whom the registered Customer requests coaching and /or mentoring and/or clinical coaching  services from, for ease of reference (“Therapist”).

This agreement applies to both the Customer’s use and the Therapist’s use of this website (“the Website”), and any products or services that Onelifetime provides to either the Customer or the Therapist in connection with the Website, and any products or services that the Therapist provides to the Customer via or in connection with the Website (Telephone and Individual One to One and Group Therapeutic Services”).

This agreement has been written both to include and protect the Customer and the Therapist and Onelifetime, by preventing confusion and misunderstanding, and to ensure that we all act fairly towards each other in one agreement that is accessible to all three parties. Both the Customer’s full acceptance and the Therapist’s full acceptance of this agreement is an essential condition of both the Customer’s use and the Therapist use of this website and associated services, and the respective receipt and provision of Telephone and Individual One to One and Group Therapeutic Services and so both the Customer and the Therapist should please read it carefully.

Onelifetime may update this agreement from time to time without notice to either the Customer or the Therapist by publishing changes online. Both the Customer and Therapist should therefore review this agreement from time to time.
