Booking Questions
How will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once your booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide, including your session date, time and joining details. If you have not received it within a short while, please check your junk or spam folder, or get in touch by email.
How do I join my session on Zoom?
Your Zoom link will be included in your confirmation email. A few minutes before your session, simply click the link to join. Zoom works on a computer, tablet or smartphone. For the best experience, choose a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection.
Can I reschedule my session?
If you need to change your appointment, please get in touch as early as possible. [Rescheduling policy to be confirmed – e.g. notice period required.]
What is the cancellation policy?
